It depends! Are you using an access number or the calling app?
If you're using an access number
to call offline (without using any internet connection), then your routing may be the cause. In this case, we recommend you star rate your problematic call in your account, Activity tab. The feature is free and it's available for every call you make. This way you'll be in control over the call quality you have. Star rating will determine strategic changes for your account. As an alternative to star rating, you can let us know on the technical issue immediately after having experienced it by getting in touch with us
If you're using the calling app
, please go through the following checks. Make sure:
✔️ You have the latest app version installed.
✔️You have a great internet speed. A slow internet connection is the main issue for call drops.
✔️You have no VoIP restrictions from your internet provider.
As an alternative, you can try Offline Calling if you have the option available in your app. That depends on the country you call from.
